Shipping policy

Unless otherwise noted, orders are typically processed to be packed and shipped out  within 2-4 business days. This time frame doe snot include weekends or major holidays, inclement weather or other natural disasters.  Shipping costs are determined by the rates set by the shipping company (USPS, UPS etc) Love MY Fav is not responsible for shipping delays once your package has left our shop and placed in the possession of USPS.  We are not responsible for items that are marked as , "Delivered" but not received. In the event that this happens please file a claim with  the USPS using your tracking number. Our company will assess the appropriate solution to any delivery issue on  a case by case basis.
